Our client is a well-known real estate consultancy company specialized in property finding, property financing, mainly focused on the commercial and retail sectors (with agricultural and energy projects following).
Due to the development of the activities they need a dynamic and proactive person for the job of Personal Assistant for the company’s CEO.
Role
- Follow up the daily schedule.
- Organize the contacts and handle them at any time.
- Be responsible for the office.
- Be responsible for some primary accounting issues. Collection of invoices etc.
- Follow up all tasks regarding supplies and suppliers etc.
- Keep notes during the meetings, creating meeting reports afterwards.
- Be able to work in a friendly environment.
- Think, decide and correctly implement the CEO’s directions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience on a similar position
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Autonomous and reliable, problem-solver
- Performance oriented with excellent work ethics
- Precise, accurate, assertive
- Able to prioritize and manage time
- Business communication, business correspondence
- Strong computer skills
- Handling office equipment
- Good command of English
- University graduate
- Open personality, positive and proactive
